Lamb Jamb 2013

This past Sunday Rialto competed in the 4th Annual Lamb Jam Tour presented by BostonChefs.com. Chef Brian Rae & Chef Peter McKenzie turned their cut of meat – shank – into Lamb Fritters paired with garlic chice spaetzle, blood orange aioli, lamb jus & crispy rosemary.
