Join us on Saturday, June 29 as we kick off our sustainable seafood dinner series this summer with “Salmon Gone Wild“. We’ll be talking (and eating) all things wild salmon with Rialto’s Chef de Cuisine Brian Rae.

Salmon Shoulder Crudo… honeydew consomme, radishes, mint salad

SECOND

Smoked Salmon Belly… octopus, mussels, cannellini beans, baby kale, harissa aioli

THIRD

Roasted Salmon… green tomatoes, spicy sopressata, cucumber and basil panzanella

DESSERT

Strawberry Sgroppino… after-dinner cocktail of prosecco, strawberry “caviar”, lemon ice cream, mint
