Whim Dinner at Smolak Farms Featuring Rialto

Rialto is thrilled to be participating in Whim, the unique summer “pop-up” dining experience held at Smolak Farms. On Wednesday, July 24 Chef de Cuisine Brian Rae brings the Rialto kitchen to the farm, creating a three-course dinner, using the fresh produce grown around him, for guests to enjoy under the tent at the farms Pine Grove creating the ultimate farm-to-table dining experience.

Backlash Beer will also be on site sampling beer and offering a wide selection of their delicious, local craft beer for purchase.

FIRST

Local Greens… cucumber, mint, goat’s milk feta, Tuscan croutons, tomato vinaigrette

SECOND

Grilled Swordfish... zucchini, tomato, eggplant gratin, basil, arugula, fennel, charred lemon vaingrette

DESSERT

Farm Fruit Crostada… vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce
