SECOND

Lasagna… eggplant, zucchini, herb ricotta, mozzarella, tomato sauce, chili oil

Ravioli… game-ricotta filling, basil pesto, pine nuts, green beans, Parmigiano Reggiano

Brodetto… shrimp, clams, mussels, bluefish, calamari, fregola, corn, tomatoes, fennel,
red pepper aioli, lobster broth

Rigatoni Bolognese… beef, pork, veal, tomatoes, oregano,  ricotta, parmesan cream

DESSERT

Ricotta and Honey Mousse… mixed berry compote, ‘canestrelli’ cookie crumbs,
shaved chocolate

Cantaloupe Sorbetto… green tea and vanilla panna cotta, mixed melon, black sesame tuile

Peach and Blueberry Crostada… local flame peaches, blueberry gelato

Torta Caprese… flourless almond mocha cake, raspberries, mascarpone-honey cream
