FIRST

Insalata… arugula,  artichokes, parmesan, fennel, radish, pear vinaigrette

Bucatini all’ Amatriciana… bucatini pasta, pecorino, guanciale, oil braised tomato

Bruschetta al Pomodoro… grilled focaccia, slow-roasted cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, confit garlic

 

SECOND

Porchetta… roasted pork belly and shoulder, sage, rosemary, garlic, broccoli rabe, crispy fingerlings

Gnocchi… parmesan cheese, mushroom ragout, ricotta, preserved lemon, mint

Monkfish Saltimbocca… monkfish in pancetta, sage, capers, white beans, braised artichokes

 

DESSERT

Crostata Ricotta e Cioccolato… ricotta tart, bittersweet chocolate ganache, dark rum, almonds, cherry compote, cherry sorbetto

Zuppa Inglese… chocolate custard, vanilla cream, ladyfinger sponge, alchermes, pomegranate

Budino di Riso… caramelized Arborio rice custard, smoked maple walnuts, stewed apricots, fennel pollen
