Join us on a retrospective journey for Dine out Boston 2015 as Chef Jody Adams and her team bring back the greatest hits from menus past as we sail into our 21st year of regional Italian cuisine.
We landed on the idea of a Rialto retrospective for Dine Out Boston and spent our snow days combing through Jody’s oversized shoe box crammed with actual paper folders of menus and notes dating back to 1994. So many favorites to choose from! Remember Oliver’s Chicken Stew from 1997? How about that 1996 hit, Braised Beef Shortribs with black olives, oranges, and potato gnocchi?
