Let us do the cooking this year.   We have Jody’s family’s classic turkey dinner for the traditionalists, and for those who are looking for something different,  there are lots of delicious seasonal options with an Italian twist.

RIALTO THANKSGIVING MENU

FIRST

Insalata… beets, gorgonzola picante, pecans, arugula

Antipasto… Parma prosciutto, burrata, roasted Seckel pears, saba, rosemary

Sformato di zucca … savory squash custard, crab sauce, squash chips

Zuppa di Topinambur… Jerusalem artichoke soup, porcini, truffles

Mafaldee Vongole… pasta, clams, slow braised tomatoes, parsley pesto, butter toasted crumbs

SECOND

Gnocchi… potato gnocchi, Hen of the Woods, gorgonzola, pine nuts
