ANTIPASTI

Ostriche… 5 Spearpoint oysters, champagne mignonette

Insalata… roasted pear, arugula, radicchio, hazelnuts, Gorgonzola

Trota Affumicata… smoked trout, beets, poppy seeds, preserved lemon, crème fraîche, tarragon

Foie Gras Torchon… pickled cipollini, maple syrup, Luxardo cherries, cornmeal fritters

Antipasto… San Daniele prosciutto, burrata, mushroom salad, nasturtium leaves

PRIMI

Zuppa… porcini-sunchoke soup, cream, chive, truffle

Ravioli…  herb ricotta ravioli, tomato sauce, basil pesto

Bucatini… lobster, green and red tomatoes, chilis, saffron

Tortelloni… duck and dried fruit tortelloni, saba, hazelnuts

SECONDI

Branzino… pan-roasted striped bass, romesco, charred scallion, broccoli rabe, crispy squid

Aragosta… poached lobster on brioche, braised fennel, blood orange, red wine butter

Maiale alla Pizzaiola… grilled pork tenderloin, braised pork belly,  slow roasted tomatoes, burrata, fried herbs

Anatra… seared duck breast, Pedro Ximénez cherries, toasted freekeh, sage pesto, radicchio

Bistecca… seared beef tenderloin, shimeji mushrooms, potato purée, crispy parsnips
