FIRST

Smooth carrot-fennel soup with truffles and pistachios

SECOND

Choose one:

Antipasti of San Danielle Prosciutto, red wine braised chestnuts,roasted pears and gorgonzola

Shrimp, squid, mussel and lobster salad with cranberry beans and saffron peppers

3 cheese agnolotti with wild mushroom Bolognese

Autumn squash risotto with pancetta and pepitas

THIRD

Choose one:

Seared sea scallops with chestnut-squash crespelle and pomegranate crème fraiche

Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner

Roast turkey with herb-bread stuffing, maple blazed squash with pecans, Brussel sprouts with house bacon, roasted baby onions and cranberry relish

Spiced Moulard duck breast with roast quince, farro, figs and prosciutto

Roast tenderloin in juniper with shortribs in potato fritters, Macomber-horseradish sauce and greens

DESSERT

Choose one:

Pumpkin Crostada with pomegranate caramel, sweet and spicy pepitas and pecan ice cream

Maple baked Lady Apple with apple amaretti cake

Caramelized pumpkin custard with glazed gingerbread
