James Beard Award Winning Chef Jody Adams combines local ingredients with regional Italian culinary traditions at Rialto, located in Harvard Square. This month our menu draws on inspiration from the sunny region of Campania, home to Naples, Sorrento and Capri.  The cuisine is panoply of regional variation, from coastal seafood dishes to an emphasis on cheese and fresh vegetables inland, all of which is reflected in our dinner menu, with dishes like SALUMI… cured meats, cauliflower caponata, pancetta bread, duck liver mousse; RIGATONI ALLA CAMPANIA with tomatoes, capers, Gaeta olives, basil, caciocavallo, and olio santo; LOBSTER BRODETTO… lobster, clams, mussels, striped bass, fregola, fennel, red pepper aioli; and PORK TWO WAYS ALLA PIZZAIOLA… grilled pork tenderloin, braised pork belly, slow roasted tomatoes, burrata, fried herbs.
