In this cooking class, guests will learn recipes for a casual occasion with friends – in the kitchen. It is common for people to gather in the kitchen and Jody has developed a menu that lets you cook without missing the party. Class includes a demonstration, recipes to take home, and lunch with wines paired by Rialto wine director, Patrick Dubsky.  Sterling Vineyards is proud to be a sponsor of Menus with Meaning and Sterling wines will be served with the lunch.

An open house is an easy, friendly and relaxed way to entertain and choosing an appropriate menu is critical. People come and go over several hours. The best strategy for such an occasion is to think about a menu that is happy at room temperature and doesn’t need too much tending. Mediterranean recipes for a winter party will be paired with three wines chosen by Patrick Dubsky.
