Emilia Romagna is the land of Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic vinegar and beautiful stuffed pastas. Jody will use the ingredients and techniques of this region to create a feast (maybe there will even be some Thanksgiving inspiration).

Jody will demonstrate the dishes from our prix fixe menu and then everyone will sit down to enjoy a four course lunch with paired wines. Buon Appetito!
