Veneto— On July 11 and 12 Rialto's annual wine BBQ is going to Venice. We'll have delicious snacks called cichetti, bellinis and lots to grill with wine flowing from the Veneto.

 

Picture this: you are sitting in a courtyard, nibbling on cichetti (that's Italian for Venetian bites to eat), sipping a lovely winefrom the Veneto and about to enjoy a four-course meal with fish and wine and pasta and dessert. Now imagine this: that very meal will happen on July 11 and 12 at Rialto in Harvard Square. No need to hop on a plane to Italy. We are bringing it all to you (we may even manage to get some gondoliers involved). We will be dining al fresco in the Charles Hotel courtyard. Reception from 6-7, dinner from 7 onwards. NEWS FLASH-- Rialto has teamed up with the Consulate General of Italy in Boston to offer the chance to win"A Venetian Night in Boston." We will be raffling off a gondola ride for two on the Charles (thanks to our friends at the Consulate) followed by dinner at Rialto. All you have to do is buy a ticket to the BBQ and you are automatically entered to win.
