Apple-blackberry tart

Puff pastry

2-3 Apples, peel, core, slice in half

1 Tbl flour

1 Tbl sugar

2 Tbl butter, melted

Blackberries, whole

Currant jelly glaze

Line  a 3 ½” x 13” tart pan with puff pastry.  Freeze. 

Combine flour and sugar. Spread over bottom of puff pastry.

Slice apple halves into ¼” slices.  Layer apples over flour/sugar. 

Scatter blackberries over apples.  Sprinkle fruit with sugar. Drizzle with butter. Bake 350, for 20 -30 minutes.  

Glaze with currant jelly.

Serve with Shy Brothers creamery cloumage curd.
