Chef Jody Adams describes the menu at Rialto simply as “food I love to eat.” Guided by this rule, Rialto’s menu is based on Jody’s sophisticated and whimsical interpretations of regional Italian cuisine. Fresh New England ingredients add a local twist and keep the menu evolving as each season changes. Dinner | Fixed Price Menu | Dessert | Cocktails | Wine List In Rialto’s wine bar and dining room, guests enjoy wine by the glass and/or bottle. The wine list focuses on Italian wines and offers selections that pair perfectly with the current dinner menu. Rialto also presents a six-course and an eight-course tasting menu on request.
