Sacred Flavors of Sicily

Our dear friend Fabrizia Lanza, chef and owner of Ana Tasca Lanza cooking school, is in the process of filming a documentary titled the Sacred Flavors of Sicily. The film chronicles the remarkable slow food traditions surrounding the many religious festivals on her home island of Sicily.  The project, which is being funded through Kick Starter, is in it’s final stages. Having raised over $15,000 in their first Kick Starter campaign, they are now in the final push to finish the film they have started.  You can support the project by heading over to their Kick Starter page, where pledging will get you prizes including Sicilian Oregano, tickets to local film festivals, your name in the film credits and more.
