In the Hands of a Chef: Cooking with Jody Adams of Rialto Restaurant by Jody Adams and Ken Rivard (HarperCollinsPublishers; January 2002) is the long awaited cookbook from Rialto restaurant's nationally acclaimed chef and co-owner. To celebrate its release this January, Adams is hosting three Saturday cooking classes at Rialto featuring recipes from her new book, followed by a sit down lunch in the dining room. Patrick Dubsky, Rialto's manager and in-house wine expert, will pair wines with Adams' menu and chat about each. Guests will also receive a signed copy of the book.
Proceeds will benefit the Rialto Culinary Arts Scholarship at the Cambridge Rindge and Latin School.
