December 6,  Seven Fishes Cooking Class

Why seven?  Because that’s what  Italian-American tradition tells us you should serve on Christmas Eve. We definitely have seven, but I’ve put my own non-traditional twists on the choice of fish, and their preparations.

Come at 11:00 am for coffee and scones.

The class will start at 11:15 and wrap up around 1:00, followed by a sit-down lunch with wine pairings.

Bucatini neri… squid ink pasta, octopus, squid and saffron peppers
