November 23 - Thanksgiving at Rialto

Celebrate Thanksgiving 2006 at Rialto!

Dinner will be served from 2-8 p.m. and will include three courses (plus a special little treat). The cost is $65 per adult and $30 per child.

The menu is as follows:

Amuse
Silky Macomber turnip soup with smoked paprika oil and pepitos

First Course (Choose one)
Chanterelles, chestnuts and cipollini with Mache and pomegranate salad
Lobster, scallop and squid salad with squid ink vinaigrette
Patridge and game agnolotti with toasted hazelnuts, dried cherries and sage
Toasted butternut squash gnocchi with gorgonzola cream, amaretti crumbs and apples

Second Course (Choose one)
Seared salmon with horseradish potatoes, salmon roe and fennel
Spiced Moulard duck breast with roast quince, farro, figs and proscuitto
Organic herbed and peppered tenderloin w3ith roasted cauliflower and marrow
Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner -- Brined turkey breast with bread-herb stuffing, potato mash, maple glazed squash, brussel sprouts with house bacon, roasted baby onions and cranberry relish

Dessert (Choose one)
Apple tart with cinnamon ice cream and cherry compote
Maple flan with mini pecan bars
Pumpkin tart with spiced whipped cream
