This Mothers Day Chef Jody Adams invites you and your family to celebrate this special day with an elegant brunch at Rialto. We are featuring a three-course fixed price menu guaranteed to please all types of brunchers and create lasting memories.  Reservations from 11am-2pm.

 Brunch: $65/Adult        Special kids menu: $30/Kid

FIRST

Bibb Lettuce Salad... avocado, grapefruit, toasted almonds, fennel 

  

Asparagus... house smoked char, trout roe, lemon oil, herb salad


Three Island Creek oysters... 3 sauces

San Daniele Prosciutto... artichokes, stratiatella, local arugula


Watercress, Spring Garlic and Blue Cheese Soup... croutons, radish 


Ricotta Gnocchi... herb pesto, oven roasted tomatoes, parmesan broth

ENTREE    

Peeky Toe Crab Omelet... mascarpone, lemon, capers, artichokes

Chicken Galantine and Buckwheat waffles... harissa hollandaise, asparagus, rhubarb relish

Whole Roasted Trout... lentils, crayfish, brown butter

Grilled Braised Porchetta... roasted spring onions, ramps, potato panzerotti, pork sauce

Umbrian Lamb Chop... sheep's milk ricotta crespelle, English peas, olives, lamb jus

Steak and Eggs... morel mushroom gravy, potato puree, spicy green beans, brioche
