Make Rialto a stop on your restaurant week tour. From August 15 through the 27 we are offering a 3-course fixed price menu for $33.10. Chef Jody Adams has specially tailored an abbreviated version of our á la carte menu with lots of options. Call 617.661.5050 for reservations.

FIRST

Farm lettuces… herbs, radishes, champagne vinaigrette 

Roasted beets… sheep’s milk feta, watermelon, mint 

La Quercia Prosciutto… ginger pickled cherries, fennel, blue cheese 

Tomato risotto… beans, squash, pecorino

Chilled spiced white gazpacho… corn, almonds, preserved lemon 


 
SECOND

Sardinian cheese and potato ravioli… mint, basil, tomatoes 

Grilled swordfish… capers, olives, chick pea fries

Pan roasted spiced chicken… peppers, olives, hazelnuts

Seared bluefish… pomegranate glaze, grilled eggplant, yogurt- cucumber sauce

Grilled flank steak in basil… twice baked potatoes, pancetta, corn, mushrooms


 
DESSERTS

Frozen chocolate pistachio cassata… rum, vanilla mousse, strawberries

 

Peach sorbet... mint granita, cookie crisp, blueberries, creme fraiche

Chocolate espresso torta... vanilla anglaise, caramelized, stone fruit,

hazelnut crunch
